Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in tech R&D with 5+ in leadership roles
- Published research in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Strong background in managing distributed global teams

- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
