Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design the high-level system architecture for Project 2026, focusing on AI-driven predictive modeling and quantum error correction.
- R&D Strategy: Define technical roadmaps and drive the exploration of emerging technologies to ensure we remain ahead of the 2026 timeline.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineers and fostering a collaborative engineering environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and quantum physicists to translate complex research into deployable solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of algorithms and hardware-software integration to maximize processing efficiency.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to ethical AI standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software architecture experience, with a specific focus on distributed systems, AI, or quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or advanced AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and delivering complex systems on time.
