Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technological strategy that aligns with business goals and market trends for the 2026 release cycle.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into next-generation machine learning algorithms and autonomous systems.
- Prototype Development: Architect and build high-fidelity prototypes for cutting-edge hardware-software integrations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all futuristic architectures adhere to the highest security and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in public speaking or technical writing.
