Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect the technological vision for the upcoming years, focusing on AI, automation, and scalable infrastructure.
- Lead Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Advanced AI) for integration into our core product suite.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate business goals into technical reality.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all 2026 initiatives adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentoring senior engineers and architects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture, Microservices, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to align technical strategy with long-term business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
