Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Research: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) to determine viability for enterprise integration.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance system architectures capable of handling future demands.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Vendor & Tech Stack Management: Select and manage partnerships with top-tier technology providers to ensure we utilize the best tools for 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Futurism: Proven track record of identifying and implementing long-term technology trends.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
