Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning with long-term business goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, data scientists, and software engineers to pioneer breakthrough technologies.
- Oversee the integration of next-gen systems, including neural networks and quantum-ready algorithms, into core enterprise architecture.
- Identify emerging technology trends (e.g., AGI, bio-digital interfaces) and evaluate their potential for commercial application.
- Establish and enforce best practices for scalability, data security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Present technical strategies to executive stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and major machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven experience designing large-scale, distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA), and responsible innovation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
