Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable systems specifically designed for the 2026 technology ecosystem.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps to align with long-term business goals and the 2026 vision.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including AI, quantum algorithms, and advanced cloud solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all engineering initiatives.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical teams and projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
