- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable software products.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting deep-dive technical workshops on emerging tech trends.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future tech implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and AI safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a specific focus on deep learning and machine learning systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to identify emerging technology trends and translate them into business value and technical architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated expertise in solving complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams.
