The Role:
You will act as the chief strategist for emerging technologies, ensuring our roadmap aligns with the technological trajectory of 2026 and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen interfaces and scalable backend systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable systems for the "2026" AI integration roadmap.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs).
- Define technical standards and best practices for high-velocity development environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Bridge the gap between product vision and engineering execution for futuristic features.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with bleeding-edge hardware and software stacks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI or Quantum computing sectors.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++ with proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, large language models, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
