Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for technologies that will define the industry in 2026 and beyond, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence across the organization.
- System Design: Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data flows.
- R&D Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, making critical decisions on adoption and integration into our core product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs adhere to the highest standards of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a senior architectural role within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong interest in the 2026 tech landscape, including AI ethics, neural networks, and IoT ecosystems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
