Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Drive the strategy and execution of high-impact research projects focusing on next-generation AI architectures.
- Prototype Development: Design and implement novel algorithms and models, moving rapidly from concept to proof-of-concept.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and junior researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Identify emerging trends in AI and data science to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.
- Publication & Thought Leadership: Author technical papers and present at major industry conferences to establish thought leadership.
- Resource Management: Allocate research budgets and manage external partnerships with academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior research role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
