Role Overview
As a Future Systems Architect, you will be the technical steward of our AI ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our systems are robust, efficient, and scalable for global deployment.
Responsibilities
- System Design: Architect end-to-end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model training infrastructure, and inference engines optimized for low-latency environments.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize deep learning models for edge devices and cloud scalability, focusing on energy efficiency and processing speed.
- Research Integration: Translate theoretical research papers from top AI conferences into production-ready code and architectural blueprints.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment of containerized AI workloads using Kubernetes and serverless architectures on AWS and Azure.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure AI compliance with emerging global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD in AI/ML preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability cloud architectures.
- Tools: Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
