Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling 2026-scale data loads.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including neural interfaces, generative AI, and quantum algorithms.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical roadmap for the company, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to global data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes is required.
- Future Tech Focus: Demonstrated experience with or keen interest in next-gen technologies such as Generative AI, Autonomous Systems, or Quantum Computing.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems with innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving projects from conception to successful delivery.
