Responsibilities

- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI 2.0, Edge Computing, and Sustainable Tech protocols.
- Scalability & Performance: Design systems that are not only robust but also future-proof, ensuring seamless scalability as user demands evolve.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Technical Vision: Mentor engineering teams, set coding standards, and drive a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or Technical Product Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- AI & ML Knowledge: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and AI ethics frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical initiatives from conception to deployment in a fast-paced environment.
