Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Roadmap: Architect the technical vision and execution plan for our 2026 product releases, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- AI Integration: Design and oversee the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core systems.
- Scalability: Engineer highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Quantum Readiness: Research and prototype solutions to ensure our infrastructure is ready for the transition to quantum computing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ensure ethical AI usage across all deployed technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and NLP.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and driving innovation.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
