What You Will Do
- Lead Strategic Architecture: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Design: Design complex microservices architectures that are secure, high-performance, and easily maintainable.
- Innovation Implementation: Integrate emerging technologies such as AI-driven automation and edge computing into our core infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering culture, conducting code reviews and technical architecture discussions.
- Crisis Management: Lead incident response and disaster recovery efforts to ensure 99.99% system uptime.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical architectures into clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architectural role.
- Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two of the following: Go, Rust, Java, or Python.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Security: Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
