Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with quantum/AI specialization
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography (NIST PQC standards)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Information
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies
- Experience with neuromorphic computing frameworks (Loihi, SpiNNaker)
- Deep knowledge of decentralized identity protocols (DID, SSI)
- Certified in emerging tech governance (ETG-2026 certification)
- Portfolio of deployed systems handling >1 billion daily transactions
