Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in high-level languages (Python, Go, Rust) and modern frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Integration: Strong understanding of integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into production systems.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
