Responsibilities

- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Coordinate with international think tanks on future-of-work policy development
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic foresight or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Strong network in futurist and innovation communities
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent preferred
