- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish KPI frameworks for future-readiness metrics and innovation ROI
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and investor forums
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives for future-proof capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year corporate roadmaps (2020+ experience)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum, AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
