Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of a holistic AI infrastructure strategy that scales for future demands.
- Pioneer GenAI Solutions: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into core product workflows to enhance user experience.
- System Scalability: Build high-performance, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Networks, Edge AI) and prototype viable solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all automated systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex, distributed systems at scale.
- Future Tech Savvy: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts or next-gen computing paradigms is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
