Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of operating in 2026 and beyond.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into core products.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and security protocols for AI infrastructure.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Monitor industry trends to anticipate shifts in technology, such as quantum advantage and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps and data pipeline architecture.
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
