Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on 2026 workforce trends, including AI integration, the metaverse workplace, and the evolution of remote-first cultures.
- Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies to transition our workforce to future-forward operational models.
- Collaborate with HR and C-Suite executives to develop policies regarding digital nomadism, asynchronous communication, and data privacy.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technology stacks that enhance productivity and employee well-being.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering an inclusive environment that attracts top talent in the global market.
- Measure the impact of strategic initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust roadmaps accordingly.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in organizational development, HR strategy, or operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of the upcoming technological shifts expected in 2026, specifically regarding Generative AI and automation.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
