Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Agents: Design and implement scalable architectures for AI agents capable of complex reasoning and multi-step planning.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize foundation models for low-latency, high-reward scenarios relevant to 2026 standards.
- RAG Pipelines: Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure factual accuracy in dynamic environments.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the deployment of AI models using Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, contributing to internal patents and research papers.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, MLOps, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems with innovative technical solutions.
