- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution priorities
- Design and launch innovation incubators targeting high-growth vertical markets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting future innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and adoption curves
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP)
