Responsibilities
- Manage patient check-in/check-out processes efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Handle multi-line phone system with professional call routing
- Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Process insurance verifications and collect co-pays
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing and data entry
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
