Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at the teller line and lobby
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products

- Balance cash drawers daily and reconcile discrepancies
- Assist with digital banking support and appointment scheduling
- Participate in ongoing professional development training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and mobile devices
- Ability to stand for extended periods (6-8 hours/day)
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for branch travel)
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed
