Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, clients, and employees, directing them to the appropriate person or area.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly, screen them professionally, and take accurate messages or transfer calls to the correct department.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area to ensure it is always clean, organized, and presentable.
- Mail and Delivery Handling: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Scheduling and Appointment Setting: Assist in maintaining the appointment calendar and sending reminders to clients as needed.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic data entry, filing, and photocopying tasks to support office productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Professionalism: A neat appearance and a positive, friendly demeanor are essential.
