Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism, accurately directing calls and messages
- Greets and assists visitors, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Coordinate office calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting room bookings
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely processing and distribution

Qualifications
