Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Sell bank products (credit cards, loans) with consultative approach
- Maintain cash drawer compliance and daily reconciliation
- Uphold strict security protocols against fraud risks
- Train on digital banking platforms (mobile app, online portal)
- Support branch operations through filing and record-keeping
- Participate in quarterly sales goal achievement activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic math skills with cash handling aptitude
- Customer service mindset with conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends)
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Attention to detail with transaction accuracy focus
- Willingness to complete FINRA Series 6/7 training
