- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Assist with daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone, email, and in-person.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials for leadership review.
- Coordinate internal and external events, managing logistics and attendance.
- Maintain organized records and databases to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Support the operations team with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Chicago office location.
