Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars for senior executives, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and ensure all appointments are optimized.
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit business correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with a high degree of accuracy.
- Office Operations: Maintain office inventory, order supplies, and oversee the maintenance of office equipment to ensure a functional work environment.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and administrative projects from conception to completion.
- Data Management: Process invoices, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and perform data entry tasks with strict attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM or database software is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and tactfully with diverse stakeholders.
- Organization: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
