Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to resolve technical issues and product questions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues using provided diagnostic tools.
- Issue Resolution: Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to ensure product satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions and technical data into our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Relay common customer concerns and product feedback to the product development team.
- Training Compliance: Actively participate in training modules, role-playing exercises, and technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: No prior support experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
