Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient information
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals on patient care plans
- Respond to patient calls and address immediate needs
- Document care activities accurately in patient records
Qualifications
