Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm)
- Resolve client inquiries regarding products, services, and account information with accuracy
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and contribute to process improvements
- Adhere to company protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 0-2 years of customer service or related experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn CRM systems

- Weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday shifts required)
