Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat during our peak night hours.
- Resolve Issues Efficiently: Troubleshoot basic customer problems and provide accurate, friendly solutions.
- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with shift leads to ensure service quality and operational standards are met.
- Follow Procedures: Adhere strictly to company scripts and quality assurance guidelines to ensure consistency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is not required, but a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM), Monday through Friday.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
