Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor and ensure the store is clean and presentable.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales targets and goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (entry level role).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
