Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves with precision.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with shift supervisors regarding daily targets and issues.
- Assist in the preparation and labeling of outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive safety mindset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime when needed.
