Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive 4-week technical training programme covering hardware/software fundamentals
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment under supervision
- Provide basic technical support to clients via phone and remote tools
- Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex issues
- Adhere to company safety protocols and industry standards
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A-Levels or BTEC preferred
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows OS
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and logical thinking

- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid UK driver's license (for equipment transport)
