Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical incidents and resolutions.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new system upgrades and security protocols.
- Conduct basic user training to ensure software proficiency across the organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems.
