Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for a diverse client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance via phone, email, and chat.
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot complex escalated tickets.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
