Responsibilities
- Assist the data team in collecting, inputting, and verifying information with high accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members via phone and email.
- Participate in daily training sessions to develop technical and soft skills.
- Support senior staff with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Identify and report potential data discrepancies to the manager immediately.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (College degree preferred but not required).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
