Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist employees with troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- Document support tickets using ServiceNow and maintain accurate records
- Install and configure new workstations and peripheral equipment
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Conduct periodic system audits and security updates
- Deliver user training on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
