Your Role
As an Entry Level Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with technical issues and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with technical inquiries and product troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and software updates to provide accurate support.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate them to the quality assurance team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Mac) is essential.
