- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support interactions to ensure high service standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior technical experience or certifications are necessary.
- Must be willing to participate in our paid training program.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
