Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-class technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues for new and existing customers.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and team leads to resolve complex inquiries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical updates through our paid training programs.

Qualifications
