Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to resolve technical inquiries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM ticketing system.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary technical support tools and knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues and learn best practices.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in high-volume support environments.
- Stay current with software updates, security patches, and new technology trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy (typing, navigating operating systems, web browsers).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday).
