Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs.
- Conduct product training sessions for new clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
