Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Provide clear, patient, and step-by-step technical guidance to resolve complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all technical issues and resolutions within our CRM database.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve high-priority tickets.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and company-specific software updates.
- Conduct basic training for new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic operating systems (Windows/macOS).
