Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical challenges.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new team members or clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows & Mac).
- Strong customer service skills with a patient and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to learn new software tools and technologies quickly.
- Eagerness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we support this).
